Osnabrück, 6. – 8. May 2015
A meeting of WG1 and WG2 members was held at the Universität Osnabrück (Germany) with Michael Reichling acting as the Local Organiser. The meeting was focused on reduction and defects in ceria surfaces studied by experiment and theory in cooperation between groups from Germany, Italy, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Guest speaker Niklas Nilius contributed a stimulating talk on an interesting combination of experimental methods for investigating ZnO films.
Much of the meeting was devoted to intense discussions in small groups of cooperating scientists to review recent results and to prepare publications.
